MSDS:
Applications: A labeled metabolite of glucosinolate glucophanin. Acts as an antioxidant and potent stimulator of endogenous detoxifying enzymes. Shows anticarcinogenic properties. The compound is able to induce phase II detoxifying enzymes, which protects against certain carcinogens and toxic, reactive oxygen species. Found in large quantities in broccoli sprouts, cabbage, and kale.
